Frequently asked questions
How do I get my files after paying?
Every product in the shop is a digital download. As soon as payment clears, the download links appear on the order confirmation page and stay in your account under Downloads, so you can pull the files again at any time.
Do you help with installation?
Yes. Send the framework you run and the exact error from your server console, and we will walk you through it. Most install problems come down to a missing dependency or a stream folder in the wrong place.
What is your refund policy?
Digital files cannot be returned once they are downloaded, so refunds are handled case by case. Read the full terms on our refund and returns policy page, then message us with your order number.
Can you build a custom MLO or edit a script?
We take custom work depending on the queue. Describe what you need, the framework you are on and roughly when you need it, and we will come back with whether we can take it on.
Which frameworks do your files support?
Most maps and interiors are standalone and drop into any server. Scripts usually ship for ESX or QBCore, and each product page lists what that file supports. Ask first if you are unsure.
