   Ask whether doors or props can be moved, how updates arrive, and what the license allows for test and production servers. Buy for the rooms and support path you need—not a fantasy of rewriting the whole interior.

   Framework pairing: map is agnostic

   The MLO streams on ESX, QBCore, QBox, and standalone the same way: it is map data. Your jobs care about framework configuration. After install, plan a pass for duty and garage coords, target zones on desks or beds, doorlock hashes and locked states, and housing or business scripts.

   Replacement vs greenfield

   Greenfield or add-on means a new interior in a location without a usable vanilla shell; it is usually simpler. A replacement rebuilds a known vanilla footprint such as Mission Row PD, Pillbox, Benny’s-style shops, or banks. Expect IPL leftovers or remove YMAP work. Two lobbies, clipping walls, or doors into concrete mean the vanilla shell is still loading.

   Before buying a replacement, confirm which vanilla building or IPL it replaces, whether remove instructions are included, what gamebuild it targets, and whether it can run next to other maps in that district.

   File health: fxmanifest, stream, and collisions

   • fxmanifest.lua should be at the root of the resource you ensure.
   • stream/ should contain map files, not an empty placeholder.
   • Expect ymap placement, ytyp archetypes, and ybn collisions as applicable.
   • Avoid mystery executable installers; licensed packs are resource folders.

   Red flags include double nesting, a manifest that never declares the stream folder, missing collision files when floors are promised, and a readme with no coords or conflict notes. Validate on a staging server first. Read the install guide for ensure order and nesting checks.
