Mission Row PD MLO for FiveM
Mission Row is the police station most FiveM servers build their law enforcement around. It’s downtown, it’s close to the hospital and the busiest streets, and most players already know how to find it. That makes the interior you choose one of the most important maps on your server. This guide covers what a good Mission Row PD MLO needs, the options we carry at FiveM MLOs, and how to install one without breaking your police job.
Why Mission Row Matters for LEO RP
Almost every police scene ends at the station. Arrests get processed there, suspects get interviewed there, and officers start and end shifts there. If the building doesn’t support that flow, your department ends up improvising: booking people in a hallway, storing evidence in a closet that doesn’t exist, or holding interviews in the lobby.
A solid Mission Row interior gives each part of a shift its own space. Civilians come in through the lobby, suspects come in through a secure entrance, and officers have room to brief, gear up, and file reports. When the building matches how your department actually works, scenes run smoother and new officers learn the routine faster.
What a Good PD MLO Should Support
Before you buy, think about the path a typical arrest takes on your server and check that the interior supports each step. Use the gallery and the listing notes as your guide, and don’t assume a room exists if it isn’t shown.
The arrest pipeline
- A garage or sally port where officers can bring suspects in away from the public lobby
- Booking or processing space
- Holding cells close to processing
- Interview or interrogation rooms
- Evidence storage that officers can actually walk into
Officer and public areas
- A front lobby and desk for civilian reports
- A briefing room for shift starts and operations
- Offices for command staff and detectives
- Locker rooms or an armory area for gear
Practical details
Check whether the MLO replaces the vanilla station or is built as an add-on, how vehicles get in and out, and how much detail the interior carries. A station packed with props looks great, but it also has to hold up when half your department is inside during a big incident. Test it on a staging server first.
Mission Row PD MLOs at FiveM MLOs
We carry two Mission Row options. Compare the galleries side by side and pick the layout that fits how your department runs.
- FiveM Police Department Mission Row MLO: the listing describes a Mission Row police station interior with offices, interrogation rooms, and holding cells.
- Mission Row PD MLO: the listing describes a Mission Row precinct with holding cells, briefing rooms, and evidence lockers.
Only run one of them. Both are built for the same location, so installing both will cause overlap.
Other Police Stations Worth Considering
Mission Row covers downtown, but a lot of servers want stations in other parts of the map so officers aren’t driving across the city for every call. These are worth a look:
- Gabz Sandy PD MLO: a Sandy Shores station with offices, briefing rooms, and holding cells, per its listing.
- Paleto Sheriff Department MLO: a sheriff station in Paleto Bay that the listing says includes briefing rooms, holding cells, armories, and patrol vehicle garages.
- FiveM Davis Police Department MLO: a station in Davis with cells and interrogation rooms, useful for south side coverage.
If your justice system goes beyond the station, the FiveM Small Court House MLO adds courtrooms for trials and hearings. You can browse every police and sheriff interior we stock in the FiveM PD MLO category.
Conflicts With Other Mission Row Maps
Mission Row is one of the most modded buildings in FiveM, which makes it one of the most common sources of map conflicts. Before going live, check:
- Whether another Mission Row MLO or an older PD resource is still in your resources folder
- Whether an IPL loader or map pack you installed earlier changes the station area
- Whether nearby downtown MLOs overlap the station’s footprint or parking
Common symptoms are flickering walls, floors that disappear, and doors that won’t open. Our FiveM MLO IPL conflicts guide walks through how to find the resource that’s causing it.
Setting Up Your Police Job After Install
An MLO doesn’t replace your police job, doorlock system, or MDT. Those keep working as they do now. What changes is where they point. After installing a new station, plan to update:
- Duty points and clock-in locations
- Armory, evidence, and locker stash coordinates
- Cell and jail-transfer locations
- Garage and vehicle spawn points
- Doorlock entries for every secure door
Walk the station with a senior officer on your test server, list every interaction point, then update the config in one pass.
Installing Your Mission Row MLO
Add the resource to your resources folder, put its ensure line in server.cfg, restart a staging server, and walk the full building. Check collisions, doors, stairs, and cell interiors. The complete process is in our guide on how to install a FiveM MLO. If you’re planning a full server build, the 2026 FiveM MLO priority stack shows where a PD fits among your first installs. Most departments also want a hospital nearby for patient handoffs, so take a look at our Pillbox hospital MLO guide too.
FAQ
Can I run two Mission Row MLOs at once?
No. Two interiors built for the same station will overlap and cause clipping or missing walls. Choose one and remove the other completely.
Does a Mission Row PD MLO work with ESX or QBCore?
The MLO is a map, so it doesn’t depend on a framework. Your police job handles the logic. You’ll just update its coordinates to match the new interior.
Do I still need doorlock and MDT scripts?
Yes. The MLO provides the building. Doorlocks, MDT, cuffing, and jail systems come from your existing scripts.
Do sheriff stations count as police station MLOs?
Yes. Sheriff and county stations support police roleplay in other parts of the map. Check each product page for its location and the rooms shown.
Which Mission Row MLO should I pick?
Compare the galleries against your arrest flow. Pick the interior that gives your officers the rooms they use every shift, rather than the one with the most decoration.
